Christopher M. Fox, Esquire
Founder & Program Coordinator
Christopher M. Fox is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law and represents Pennsylvania’s injured workers in all phases of workers’ compensation litigation. He is an active member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and will serve as Section Co-Chair for 2021.

Chris received his undergraduate degree in Labor Studies and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is a lifelong resident of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. In his spare time, he is a devoted youth football, basketball, and baseball coach.
Raphael Castro, Esquire
Raphael is a trial lawyer who advocates on behalf of victims in personal injury, workers’ compensation, employment, and civil rights cases. He brings skills as a former prosecutor, investigating and litigating hundreds of trials, to bring justice for his clients. He has represented countless injured workers, fighting against corporations and insurance companies to recover significant victories.

Beyond the courtroom, the son of immigrant parents, Raphael believes in giving back to the community. He serves on multiple boards of non-profits with an emphasis on education, youth, and inclusion. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Temple University and a law degree from Widener University School of Law. He is fluent in Spanish.

Roe Falcone
Roe is the Regional Director of Operations for EDSI, a national workforce development, talent solutions, and consulting company. In this capacity, Roe is responsible for achieving program goals and managing staff and budgets for programs in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC, and New York City. These programs serve the welfare population, adult and dislocated workers, refugees, youth, non-custodial parents, and ex-offenders. Roe has distinguished herself by bringing innovative ideas to program operation and hiring and developing employee training for the start-up of new programs.

Roe is a graduate of Dickinson College. At Dickinson, in addition to her hard work in the classroom, she excelled on the basketball court and the softball field. In 2019, she was hired by her alma mater, Ridley High School, as their women’s basketball head coach. She promptly led her team to a Central Championship in her first season at the helm.
Meghan Finnerty DiRosato, Esquire
Meghan is a commercial litigator with Offit Kurman that assists corporate and nonprofit policyholders to navigate disputes with their insurance companies. She regularly advises construction, manufacturing, restaurant industry, and auto industry clients on risk and insurance issues for each phase of the life cycle of the business.

Meghan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. She is active in the firm's women's leadership committee and serves on multiple boards affiliated with her church parish community.
Kaitlin Files, Esquire
Kaitlin Files is a litigation attorney experienced in representing injured workers throughout Pennsylvania in workers’ compensation matter. She is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, serving as co-chair for the Diversity and Inclusion committee of the Workers' Compensation Section.
Kailtlin is a member of Philly VIP and coaches a high school mock trial team in Philadelphia. She holds her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her law degree Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Brandon Jordan, Esquire
Brandon is a workers’ compensation attorney, who defends the interests of employers, third party administrators and insurance carriers. He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He went on to obtain his juris doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School.

Brandon continues to give back to his alma mater through mentorship. He serves as a board member of the Dean's Diversity Board at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, which oversees the development and implementation of diversity initiatives throughout the school and legal profession. He also volunteers for the school's Trial Advocacy Honor Society. Brandon is also active in supporting his community.
Nasir Leach
Nasir grew up in the City of Chester. After graduating from Chester High School, he embarked on his college education at Rust College in Holly Springs, Mississippi. However, while away, he realized his heart remained in Chester. He returned home and enrolled at Harcum College, where Nasir is currently pursuing a degree in Human Services. In addition to furthering his education, He works in an official capacity as a Community Liaison for the Mayor of Chester.

Nasir has participated in various community events in Delaware County and the State of Delaware, working with police, politicians, educators, business owners, and community organizers. He strives to make the world around him better for everyone he interacts with.
Trevor Waddington, M.Ed.
Trevor is a former independent school teacher, coach, and administrator. In 2013, he founded his first company, DCschoolHUB, an online search engine to help Washington, DC metro area families find their ideal childcare, preschool, or private school. Five years ago, Trevor founded Truth Tree, a digital marketing firm that works with independent schools and summer camps.

A native of Delaware County, PA, Trevor obtained his undergraduate degree from Penn State University, and his Masters of Education degree from Widener University. Additionally. He has served on various boards, including the Olney (MD) Chamber of Commerce and the Mid-Atlantic Episcopal Schools Association.
Passion Wells
Passion is currently a second-year law student enrolled at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. She completed her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Florida A & M School of Business and Industry and her first year of law school at Florida A & M University College of Law.

Most recently, Passion interned in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where she has performed various tasks, including witness interviews, legal research, and participation in the prosecution of both violent and non-violent criminal defendants.
